The principal operates two households and multiple companies. The candidate will be responsible for running of all aspects of the households and all the staff of his households. So, it is a job that requires great knowledge of Hong Kong and the hospitality industry in Hong Kong. The working languages are English, Cantonese and Mandarin which will need to be to professional working ability.
The butler will be responsible for hiring and training of new and existing household staff. They will work closely with the chief of staff on the calendar to ensure the smooth running of any entertaining, dinners etc. The role may require some travel as we see this person being integral to the Principal. The Butler will be responsible for all aspects of the Principals’ personal affairs including his personal effects on any travel and appearances.
The butler will need experience and absolute discretion.
This is a role we need to fill immediately and will normally pay an annual salary and discretionary bonus. The personal valet could also be a PA role as well and is a more of an understudy to the butler.
